No. Your organizational data is never used to train or improve TalentIQ's AI models. Each tenant's data is fully isolated. AI inference runs in isolated compute environments with zero cross-tenant data flow.
Upon contract termination, all your data is exported in standard formats and provided to you, then securely deleted from all TalentIQ systems within 30 days. Deletion is certified and documented.
